Don't miss out on the Granbury ISD physicals. This year the physical event will be free of charge and all students need to bring is the UIL Physical form with the first page (medical history) filled out and signed by a parent. We are also going digital this year with our travel and parent consent forms on a platform called Rank One. You may access and complete the necessary forms online or through the app. These events will be held on campus during the school day where students will be pulled from athletics or the appropriate class for their exam.
If for some reason your student cannot attend our physical event, please take the UIL form below to your chosen physician and once completed upload it to Rank One where we can review and approve the document.
