Schedule for District Staff:
9 a.m. - Sneak Peek (Optional: Vendor booths open for shopping.)
10 a.m. - Convocation Begins (Required: Staff reports to auditorium.)
11 a.m. - Lunch & Vendors (Free lunch and vendor booths open for shopping.)
1:00 p.m. - Convocation Reconvenes (Required: Staff reports to auditorium. Convocation closes by 2:30 p.m., and staff returns to campuses/departments.)

Schedule for Vendors:
8 a.m. - Set Up
9 a.m. - Sneak Peek (Vendor booths open for optional staff shopping.)
10 a.m. - Convocation Begins (All employees report to auditorium.)
11 a.m. - Lunch & Vendors (Free, on-site lunch options provided for all employees, and vendor booths open for shopping.)
1 p.m. - Tear Down (All employees report to auditorium.)
