"The Board of Trustees of the Granbury Independent School District have publicly censured
Board member Karen Lowery on August 23, 2023 and urges her to carry out her duties and responsibilities as a
Board member in accordance with Board policy, the Board Operating Procedures, and the
training she has received since being elected to the Board, including refraining from
accessing District facilities without following proper procedures."
