Congratulations to Granbury High School Automotive Technology Teacher Michael Beauchamp for being GISD’s honoree for the Jack Harvey Academy of Exemplary Teachers Award!
Celebrating its 28th year, teachers from across the region are honored every year by Weatherford College at the Jack Harvey Academy of Exemplary Teachers celebration held in February at the Doss Heritage and Culture Center. The Harvey Academy honors exemplary teachers in the memory of Professor Emeritus Jack Harvey, who taught at WC for 23 years and was considered among his peers as a “master teacher.”
Beauchamp was also recognized in August for being the 2023 Region 11 Secondary Teacher of the Year.
