Granbury High School juniors Grace Blevins and Eli Forrest have been named to the National Merit Scholarship program.
Blevins and Forrest took the 2024 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®) and met requirements to enter the 2026 National Merit® Scholarship Program. With a Selection Index score of 210 or above, these high performers have shown outstanding academic potential from more than 1-3 million program entrants. Each of these students is among the 50,000 highest-scoring participants who will be recognized as either Semifinalists or Commended Students in the fall as seniors.
“Congratulations to Grace and Eli on this tremendous academic honor,” Granbury High School principal Jamie Robinson said. “Being named to the National Merit Scholarship program is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and academic excellence. We are incredibly proud of how both students continue to represent Granbury High School and our district.”
