Enrollment

Extended School Day services are CLOSED for the summer.  ESD Site Leaders will return August 1st.  At that time, they will have back to school Inservice, but will reach out as soon as possible regarding enrollment forms that were turned in over the summer. 

 

If you are unable to turn in enrollment forms and fees to your child's home campus, you may drop the forms off at the administration building Monday through Thursday from 8:00-4:00.  The entire district will be closed the week of July 4th.

Spots are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis. 


Enrollment Instructions

To enroll your student in ESD, please complete all forms and return to the Site Leader of the campus your child will attend.  Please download the forms below or pick up a copy at the campus front office.  Before a child can be accepted into the program, all information must be complete on the Enrollment Form, parent acknowledgement form must be signed, and the enrollment fee must be paid.

Enrollment Fee

You will be invoiced through My School Bucks or you can send in a check with the completed forms. 

 

Verification of Enrollment

Your child's spot will be reserved once all forms and the enrollment fee are received and when the ESD Site Leader contacts you regarding receipt of both the forms and enrollment fee. 

 

Enrollment Waitlist

A waitlist will be created when a campus has reached maximum enrollment.

Waitlist details vary by campus, so please contact the campus Site Leader with any questions.

Enrollment is based on space availability in grades PK-5.

ESD for Prekindergarten

All prekindergarten students will attend Emma Roberson for ESD. 
Only students in K-5 will attend ESD at Acton, Baccus, Brawner, Mambrino, or Oak Woods.
