We aim to provide support to our military families to help ease the challenges they face due to deployment and relocation. Purple Star School Program
Governor Greg Abbott today announced that all 10 Granbury ISD campuses have been awarded the Purple Star Campus Designation for the 2023-2024 school year. Established by Governor Abbott in 2019, the Purple Star Campus Designation Program recognizes Texas public schools for their exceptional commitment to supporting and meeting the unique needs of military-connected students and their families.
Granbury ISD is the largest school district in Texas to have every campus awarded the Purple Star Campus Designation.
The honor of being in this program confirms our deep commitment to students and families connected with the nation's military.
