Checking Phone Messages Away from Work

To check your voice mail from another phone follow the steps below.

1. Call your line (or the line you wish to check voicemail on)

2. When you hear your message, press *

3. It will ask you to enter your ID (this is your 4 digit phone number)

4. It will then ask for your passcode, this is your passcode you type in when you check your voicemail at work

It may ask you to enter steps 2 and 3 for a 2nd time 

5. You will then hear the normal prompts to listen to voicemail, saved, stored and deleted.
