Student Cafeteria Refund Requests

A form must be completed for each student. Refund process takes 10-14 business days to complete. For any questions contact the Child Nutrition department at 817-408-4085.

Please complete the Cafeteria Refund Request form and return to Amanda Ford in the Child Nutrition Department at the GISD Administration Building.
